Wallet and billing

Signup grants $1 credit once. Tools and models use one prepaid wallet; there is no subscription. Top up through Paddle in Console → Wallet. Presets are $10, $20, $50 and $100; supported top-up amounts range from $10 to $1,000.

Top-up fee: 8% of the credit, rounded up to the cent, + $0.35 before tax. Only the credit amount is added to your wallet.

For $10 credit, the fee is $0.80 + $0.35 = $1.15, so the pre-tax charge is $11.15.

Fixed tools charge the published price per successful call. Variable tools use provider cost + 35%; inspect the pricing metadata before running. A variable catalog price is not a guaranteed input-specific quote; final charges use the settled provider cost. Models use the catalog token prices.

Catalog tool calls reserve credit in a hold. Settlement records the final charge and releases the hold; pending calls can temporarily reduce available credit. Failed calls are not charged. Check Usage and an existing run before retrying a request with an uncertain outcome.

Refunds and chargebacks remove the related credits from your wallet. This can leave a negative balance.
