Privacy Notice
How KeepBal handles information on keepbal.com and the API. Last updated: 2026-10-05.
What we collect
- Account email and password hash (never plaintext passwords).
- API key hashes and usage/ledger records for the prepaid wallet.
- Technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Payment confirmation metadata from Paddle (Merchant of Record). KeepBal does not receive your full card number.
Why we use it
To authenticate you, settle prepaid credits, show wallet/usage history, provide support, and meet legal/tax obligations for Paddle purchases.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors (for example Cloudflare hosting, Paddle checkout) receive only what is needed to run KeepBal.
Retention
Account, wallet, and usage records are kept while the account is active and as needed for billing disputes, refunds, and legal requirements.
