Terms of Service
KeepBal provides an HTTP API for models and priced tools settled in a prepaid micro-USD wallet. Last updated: 2026-10-05.
1. Account
Provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. API keys are shown once; you are responsible for their use.
2. Prepaid credits (not a subscription)
- Wallet balance is prepaid API credits.
- Purchases are one-time top-ups. KeepBal does not sell auto-renewing credit subscriptions.
- There is no automatic renewal.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Paid top-ups are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (checkout, tax/VAT, receipts). KeepBal does not store full card details.
4. Fees and taxes
Processing fee: ceil(credits × 8%) + US$0.35 before tax. Only the chosen credit amount is granted; fees and taxes are not credited.
5. Acceptable use
No abuse, billing circumvention, public key sharing, or unlawful use. We may suspend violating accounts.
6. Availability
Provided as-is without an uptime SLA. Unsupported routes may return 503 and are not billed.
