Refund Policy
KeepBal sells prepaid, one-time API credits. There is no auto-renewing subscription. Last updated: 2026-10-05.
Merchant of Record
Purchases go through Paddle. Approved refunds claw back corresponding wallet credits.
When refunds apply
- Duplicate or accidental charges — contact support promptly with the Paddle transaction id.
- Unused prepaid credits may be considered at our discretion within a reasonable window.
- Credits already spent on metered usage are generally not refundable.
What is not refunded
- Processing fees and taxes (except where Paddle or law requires).
- Promotional signup credit.
Chargebacks
We may suspend the account and claw back related credits while a dispute is reviewed.
How to request
Email support@keepbal.com or hello@keepbal.com with account email, purchase details, Paddle transaction id, and reason.
No automatic renewal
You only pay when you choose a top-up in the console Wallet.
